180° top rotation eliminates interference between the surgeon and the anesthesiologist by allowing the patient to be anesthetized and then rotated 20° - 30° to the awaiting surgeon. This provides faster and easier set-up for a wide range of cases. Top rotation also provides better access for both c-arm and microscope for many procedures. In addition, for neurosurgery, top rotation of 180° eliminates interference from the base even when using a full fowler position. Other specialties too, will appreciate the leg room provided when the top is fully rotated. a full width quick-release bar is provided on the manually operated head section. This eliminates the need to search for the release handle in an emergency situation. The head section will also attach to the foot leg section for use as a foot support when transferring a patient to be positioned in the lithotomy position.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Electrohydralic operating room table shall operate at 120v, 60 hz, 1 phase and be protected by (2) internal 10 amp fuses. A 15 foot power cord with hospital grade plug shall be provided. Conductive caster shall allow side movement for ease of operation and cleaning. Unit is to be equipped with standardized side rails and a four-point, push button operated braking system with manual override for safety and stability. A pendant-type control unit shall be operable from any point around the entire perimeter of the table. Entire table top shall be radiolucent to provide image intensification capability. positioning capabilities include: lateral tilt of 30°; trendelenburg and reverse trendelenburg of 30°; kidney bridge elevation of 5 ¾"; back up of 90°; back down of 30°; height adjustment range 28" - 45"; leg section down 105°; top rotation of 180°. Unit is also provided with flex and reflex function control buttons. in addition to the above characteristics, the unit is to include a rechargeable built-in battery system for use in normal or emergency operation.
