The Weightless Shoulder Suspension System allows for approximate traction settings up to 40 lbs. (18.2 kg) with a simple turn of the tension adjustment knob. Boom arm adjusts from 0° to 90°. The boom head swivels so that its pulley always aligns properly with the cord. The system folds down for easy storage. Includes one sterile Arm Trap Disposable.
